I had a very long but very good day. Crossed things off my work list and got a bit organised there for the first time in awhile. Snagged two tickets to a songwriters circle featuring Abby in Miramichi Saturday night. Had some lovely food. Spent some t.v. time with Pat. We caught up with the Corrie cobbles and starting watching Ted Lasso on Apple. So funny! I am laughing so much more these days, like daily. Also singing and dancing all the time. I am happy, content even. It’s glorious!
And I’m on the climb, 12/15.
- Drink water, matcha, green and hibiscus teas √
- Eat more vegetables and fruits than anything else √
- Exercise
- Go outside √
- Remember to stretch and squat √
- Read or listen to a book √
- Make your bed √
- Enjoy the little things √
- Be conscious and present √
- Live in a tidy place √
- Go outside
- Try new things and give yourself permission to fail
- Work with intention √
- Laugh loudly and often √
- Live with gratitude √
